The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the tkapk website, mobile site, and all related services.
• "User" refers to any individual registered on the tkapk platform.

• Bonus funds become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been completed.

• Each user may claim a specific bonus offer only once.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• When a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.

• VIP cashback benefits: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; Platinum — up to 1.2%; Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on the tkapk platform are governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a technical error occurs during a game or sporting event, tkapk reserves the right to void or re-evaluate the relevant bet.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting software errors will be forfeited.
• Applicable limits must be observed when playing multiple games simultaneously.
• Game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).
• tkapk does not guarantee the outcome of any game.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkapk platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Operating more than one account.
• Abusing bonuses or participating in bonus fraud.

• Engaging in inappropriate or harassing behaviour toward other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tkapk platform — logos, graphics, text, software code, designs, and other elements — is protected by intellectual property law. Users may not:
